The Screen Production Yukon Association is now offering Music Yukon members the same studio rental discount offered to SPYA members at 40% off all space rentals.

The Screen Production Yukon Association is excited to share that Music Yukon members can now access the same studio rental discount offered to SPYA members at 40% off all space rentals.

We encourage you to book soon for projects taking place between January and March 2026.

SPYA will require acknowledgement on any print or online materials connected to your booking and will send the logo over upon booking confirmation.

About the Studio

Our main production space offers a generous 75′ x 90′ floor plan, giving you ample room for rehearsals, filming, large builds, or other creative needs. The studio is equipped with a 200 amp power disconnect, ready to support demanding production setups.

Additional features include:

• Comfortable lounge and holding area for breaks and collaboration
• Production office space and locked storage available upon request
• Accessible washrooms, plus separate 14-stall and 6-stall/6-urinal washrooms
• A dedicated food service area
• Access to the full SPYA Grip and Electric Package, saving you setup time and equipment costs. Separate rental rates apply.

Rental Rates (with discount applied)

• Full Day: $600
• Half Day (6 hrs): $300
• Week (5 days): $2,400
• More than 5 days: Inquire
• Load-in/strike days: Same rates as above

All rentals are subject to cleaning fees as required.
