Hello Music Yukon members and friends!

Music Yukon is hosting its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, July 21st 2021. All are welcome to attend. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will be meeting online via Zoom. This will be an opportunity to present our recent Strategic Plan to the membership for the first time.

Board nominations
We’re currently seeking volunteers to serve on our Board of Directors! Board members help provide direction and oversight to our non-profit organization. Our Directors attend monthly meetings where they help set strategic goals, develop policies and procedures, review budgets and financial statements, and support staff with fundraising and programming.

Board election on July 21

Music Yukon members will be electing our new Board of Directors at the AGM on July 21. All nominees will also need a seconder, and both the nominee and the seconder must be members in good standing. To put your name forward to serve on the board, you and your seconder should email Scott stating your intent before July 14th.

Voting is open to members in good standing for the 2021-2022 year.  You can renew online at musicyukon.com/join/ before the July 21 meeting to vote.
